We want you to order from Dental Ritual with confidence. Below you can read how cancellation, withdrawal, returns and refunds work.

Right of withdrawal within 14 days

For online purchases, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For physical goods, this period runs from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receives the last item in your order.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal online through Cancel or return order. You may also inform us in any other clear way that you wish to withdraw, for example by emailing returns@dentalritual.nl.

Cancellation before fulfilment

As long as an item has not yet been fulfilled, you can submit a cancellation request through the same online order environment. If the order has already been fulfilled or shipped, the return process below applies.

Returning your order

After informing us that you are withdrawing from your purchase, you must send the relevant products back within 14 days in accordance with the return instructions we provide.

For a standard withdrawal, you arrange and pay for the return shipment yourself. Dental Ritual does not charge a restocking fee.

Hygiene and sealed products

RITUAL N°01 is supplied sealed. For the relevant sealed product, the statutory right of withdrawal may end once you break the seal after delivery where the product is not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is damaged or defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to the agreement.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item was delivered damaged, defective or incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to the agreement, contact returns@dentalritual.nl. Your statutory consumer rights apply and necessary return costs will not be charged to you.

Refunds

For a valid full withdrawal, we refund the purchase price received and, where legally required, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we do not have to refund the additional cost above the standard method.

If only part of an order is returned, the original delivery charge is not automatically refunded.

We issue the refund within the statutory period using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may wait until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Diminished value and product inspection

You may handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. If the product has been used or damaged beyond this and its value has decreased, a deduction may be made within the limits of applicable law.

After receipt, we inspect the condition of the returned product. Only products suitable for resale are returned to saleable inventory.

Return address

The applicable return address is provided in the return instructions. Do not send a return to another Dental Ritual address on your own initiative.

The Clinic Edit

The Clinic Edit combines a physical Dental Ritual product with a professional service. The rules above apply to the physical product. Additional conditions may apply to the professional service where treatment is scheduled or performed within the statutory withdrawal period. Where relevant, these will be clearly communicated before the service starts.
